About Us
Nestrock Investment Limited is a real estate entity established on 13th June 2020 by Eng. Peter Mutua as the founding director. It rebranded from Nestrock Developers Limited to focus on its sole mandate of selling land.
On 1st November 2020 it had its functional departments incorporated which are;
the corporate services consisting of the Human Resource Department, Finance and Accounts Department, the Information & Technology Department and the Sales and Marketing Department. The organization has a record of fast growth and vast clientele base recording testimonials of satisfied customers.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Nestrock Investment Limited has successively served more than 4,700 Kenyan citizen since it started it operations in the year 2020 and has managed to issue tittle deeds to all plots purchased. The goal is to record 10,000 customers by the year 2025 serving all of them diligently.
PRODUCT RANGE
Nestrock Investment Limited has been fully established and sold land in five counties since it began its operations. In Machakos County it has sold plots in Kilimambogo, Matuu and Kangundo Road.
In Kiambu County it has sold plots in Muthaara, Malaba, Juja Farm, Gatuanyaga, Landless and Ngoliba
In the coastal region Nestrock has sold plots in Kilifi and Malindi.
Our plots prices ranges from Ksh 100,000 – Ksh 1,000,000.
